“We had a wonderful week at the Alligator House. The home is perfect for couples and families looking for a peaceful getaway by the beach. The home looks out onto the ocean, has a large pool and is just steps from the pink sands beach. The property owners were very prompt to respond to any questions. They have a wonderful staff that kept the house very clean. The owners recommended Wanda Higgs catering service and she cooked us an amazing seafood dinner. We did the snorkeling and pigs tour with Jef Fox at Ocean Fox Adventures and he was fantastic. We highly recommend this home and hope to visit again soon!”

There is a kitchen area with microwave, electric oven and stovetop, dishwasher, blender, nespresso machine. N.B., this is a 10-year old island kitchen, not a chef’s kitchen!

There are two outdoor BBQs (a Kamado Joe Classic III, which is not simple to use, so be sure to watch YouTube videos on how to make the most of it!) and a gas-fired one.
If you let us know in advance, we’ll make sure the charcoal is stocked (we don’t keep much, due to the humidity).
